This "pre-solicitation notice" is for Snow Removal Service, Wheeling WV The location(s) of service will be performed at the BG J Sumner Jobes USARC 25 Armory Drive Wheeling, WV 26003-6395 AND the Ohio County Airport USARC/OMS/AMSA 109 SGT Joe Nurre Lane Wheeling, WV 26003-9201. The solicitation number will be W15QKN-16-T-1006 which will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract with a 12 month base period plus four 12 month option periods. This acquisition is set aside for small business. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561790 size standard of $7.5 million. Prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84.
