The Black Hills National Forest intends to issue a (Request For Proposals) to award a single, firm fixed price contract. The project entails two different segments of work:

Warehouse-Demolition a portion of one wall and adjacent ceiling construction of a new break alcove with wall, ceiling, plumbing, electric, heating, and cabinetry; flooring removal and replacement; and wall sound insulation in the business occupancy section of the Warehouse.

Trailer -Installing water, sewer, electrical, and telecommunications for a 12' x 40' government owned trailer. The location of this trailer is at the Warehouse.

Solicitation AG-67T0-S-16-0001, and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps and available for downloading on or about October 16, 2015 at the website address http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. This solicitation is a small business set-aside under NAICS code 236220. The SBA size standard is $36.5 million dollars average annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years. A Pre-Proposal visit date will be included in the solicitation. 

ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $25,000.00 and $100,000.
Offerors submitting a Request For Quotation are required by the FAR to use the System for Acquisition Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov). SAM is a web-based system that centralizes and standardizes the collection, storage, and viewing of many of the FAR required representations and certifications previously found in Solicitations. With SAM, vendors now have the ability to enter and maintain their representation and certification information. Vendors will need to review and/or update the SAM record when changes are necessary; annually to maintain an active status.
