The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 23 Contracting Office (NCO 23), on behalf of the VAMC MINNEAPOLIS, One Veterans Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55417, contemplates issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for annual environmental air, surface and employee sample testing. The performance period will be from time of contract award through end of the 1-year base period, followed by four, 1-year option period. The solicitation and any subsequent award will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, and relevant sections of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Veterans Administration Acquisition Regulation (VAAR). 



The applicable PSC Code is Q517, with an NAICS Code is 621511: Medical Laboratories. The small business size standard is $11 million.



This requirement is subject to a 100% Set-Aside for SB competition. All qualified offerors are invited to provide their quotations. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, vehicles, and management required to fulfill the Statement of Work. 



The tentative issue date for any actual solicitation is on or about October 2, 2015. The date is not firm and may change due to events out of our control. Offerors are responsible for checking the web site, http://www.fedbizopps.gov, regularly to obtain possible amendments. All parties must obtain all notices and amendments to the solicitation through this web site. Hard copies will not be mailed. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the proposal instructions outlined in the solicitation. Proposals will be due not less than 14 days after the issuance of any solicitation.
