2.1 Statement of Work
Introduction
The Federal Correctional Institution, Fort Worth, Texas, intends to make a single award of an indefinite deliv- ery/requirements type purchase order for the performance period 10/05/2015 thru 03/31/2016 for 100% Whole Wheat Hot Dog and Hamburger buns/baked goods and storage equipment.
Place of Performance
Products and equipment will be delivered to the following Correctional Facilities;

Specifications of Baked Goods/Equipment For the initial start-up of the contract, the following equipment shall be delivered by the contractor to the specified institution:

Deliveries will be established by each institution's Food Service Administrator and will be ordered 
on an as needed basis. All deliveries are to arrive between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Product shall be
