This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written (formal) solicitation will not be issued.  This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation, solicitation number FA7000-15-T-0147, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13.  This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-83 effective 03 Sep 2015 http://farsite.hill.af.mil.  The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541810 and the size standard is $15Million.  This is an unrestricted acquisition.  All responsible sources may submit a quote, which if received timely, will be considered by the 10th Contracting Division, USAF Academy (USAFA).
