1. The contract is for the maintenance and repair of fire alarm systems, Baumholder 
2. The solicitation will result in Firm Fixed Price Contract. 
3. The solicitation will be issued on or about 28 July 2015 with an anticipated closing date of approximately 21 August 2015. The solicitation will be posted at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments. 
4. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which will be considered by the TCC Kaiserslautern. 
5. Work will be performed in Germany and the contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 
6. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12) 
7. Magnitude of project: between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
