The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Medical Center in Orlando is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for commodities purchase of EP RECORDING SYSTEMS compatible with the LABSYSTEMS PRO configuration for the Orlando VAMC Lake Nona Campus EP Recording Lab located at 13800 Veterans Way Orlando, FL 32828

It is prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii) The combined synopsis solicitation number is VA248-15-Q-0157. It's issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

(iii) This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-81 (APRIL 10, 2015).
