. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation DAS15Q0037 is being issued as a Request for Quotation.


2. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns.


3. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-81.


4. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621- Offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov, in order to be considered for award.
