The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center Devens located in Ayer, Massachusetts intends to issue solicitation RFQP02051600005, for the requirement of: Quarterly Subsistence - Kosher. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, will be FOB Destination, and the delivery date will be October 13, 2015. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Medical Center Devens, 36 Independence Drive, Building 1677, Devens, MA 01434. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 31, 2015 and will be posted to the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is September 16, 2015. The Government reserves the right to decide how payment will be made using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card. Each offer is required per FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Dec 2014), to complete their representations and certifications via the on-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA).
