The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Otisville, NY intends to issue solicitation RFQP02151500037, for the acquisition of bread for delivery to the United States Penitentiary Canaan, Waymart, PA. This acquisition is unrestricted. Terms are FOB Destination with delivery during the months of Oct - Dec 2015. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with price and past performance considered. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 24, 2015 and will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fbo.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site.
