This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 

Purchase of 5,000 gallons of #2 off-road diesel fuel. 
Fuel delivery shall be smaller quantities of 1,000 to 4,000 gallons 
Delivery will have to be coordinated with the onsite supervisor, Chris Stai, 612-790-2675 and or Mike Gunderson, 615-670-2880. 
Fuel delivery should start after contract award and total amount must be delivered by 14-August-2015 

Delivery location Information: 

Fuel may be delivered to the following locations: 

1) Fountain City Service Base, Fountain City, WI 
2) Lock and Dam No. 5 in Minnesota City, MN 
3) Lock and Dam No. 4 in Alma, WI
