This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office has issued a Request For Quotation for a firm fixed price commercial items services contract for waste water pumping sand potable water delivery located at Coos County, Oregon within the vicinity of Coos Bay district area of responsibility. The performance period is from date of award through 60 months. The performance period includes a 12 month Base Period and 4 twelve-month option periods. The NAICS code is 562991 and the small business size standard is $7.5 million. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.212-2.
