THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY.PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT NO CONTRACT AWARD WILL RESULT FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT. Solicitation Number N68836TELECOM is temporary. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is posted in conjunction with this sources sought notice. Firms are hereby advised that the final version of the PWS may differ from the attached draft copy. The intent is to determine the availability of potential sources capable of providing software and hardware support for telephone and telecommunications switching systems programming, database management and programming, Unique Corp. UCALL and CAIRS systems hardware and software support and administrative management, and application support services for the various automated systems at the Base Communications Office (BCO) at the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (COMNAVTELSTA) Jacksonville, Pensacola Division, Pensacola, FL.
It is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.
The NAICS Code for this requirement is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services, and the Size Standard is $27.5 Million
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
A single firm fixed priced contract is anticipated. It is anticipated that the contract will have a period of performance for one (1) base year and four (4) twelve-month option periods. This contract is estimated to commence on 01 October 2015. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued in July 2015.
Offerors possessing the requisite skills, resources, and capabilities necessary to perform the stated requirement are invited to respond to this marketing research survey/sources sought via a submission of an executive summary, no more than three (3) pages in length.
The submission should include the following information: (1) company name, address, point of contact with corresponding phone number, e-mail address, business size under NAICS 541511, and (2) relevant corporate experience information. Relevant corporate experience information is defined as experience (within the past five years) that is of the same or similar to the services described herein.
All responses to this Sources Sought Announcement are limited to ten pages. Please submit responses to Kenneth Brown at kenneth.b.brown4@navy.mil no later than 5:00 PM EST on 20 May 2015.
