This requirement includes 196 lodging rooms, 100 hot Lunch Buffet meals for Saturday, 200 Hot Breakfast Buffet meals for Saturday and Sunday, 100 Hot Dinner Buffet meals for Friday, 1 General Session Room, 4 Breakout Rooms, 4 Operation Rooms, 4 AV Equipment and 12 Vendor Spaces. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. For a proposal submitted by an offeror that is not a hotel, the offeror must describe in its proposal the technical approach for the offeror’s services as a prime contractor and must also include a copy of all insurance (s) (standard business, liability, extraordinary insurances) in order to submit a complete technical proposal for evaluation purposes. (Again, this is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. An offer which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel shall be deemed technically unacceptable). The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 19-22 March 2015. This acquisition is 100% total small business set-aside. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 721110, size standard of $30.0 Million. Prospective Contractors must be verified on System for Award Management (SAM) website. The solicitation will be posted on or about 25 February 2015 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil . The due date will be stated in the solicitation estimated at 5 March 2015 12PM East Coast Time. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed.
