The successful contractor shall perform all design, engineering and construction services including furnishing all labor, material, and equipment, and services required to 1) replace existing air conditioning units in Mitsui Towes, and 2) replace fan coil units and existing thermostats with digital control in Temple Townhouses located in the Mitsui and Temple Townhouses, American Embassy Housing, 2-1-1 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-0032, Japan. It is anticipated that the magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 U.S. Dollars for the entire project.
