The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has a requirement for a Blanket Purchase Agreement for Taxi Services in accordance with the attached Statement of work. The successful Offeror must be registered to conduct business within the City of Alexandria.

(i).This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; electronic proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
 (ii). The solicitation number is 052P1500234. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
 (iii). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-78.
 (iv). This acquisition is conducted as a small business set-aside. The requirements will be fulfilled using the Simplified Acquisition procedures, Part 13 of the FAR, and the test program authorized in FAR subpart 13.5, to the maximum extent possible. The associated North American Classification System (NAICS) code is 485310 with a size standard of $15 million.
