This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 

Each Underwater Hydraulic Rotary Hammer Drill shall be designed and suitable for continuous underwater use and designed for drilling in concrete, rock and masonry. The Drill shall have: a SDS-plus shank; Depth stop with integrated rinsing connection; Handle with lever control; Impact mechanism can be switched on or off; Pressure Reducing Valve that automatically reduces pressure from a 2000 PSI hydraulic pressure to a 1160 PSI hydraulic pressure; Safety Clutch for protection against overloading; Gears sealed dust tight with central and permanent lubrication (maintenance free); Adjustable side handle and depth gauge and water flushing attachment; one (1) carrying case.
