MSC requests one (1) U.S. flag tug to provide on-call harbor support services San Diego, CA. The following list is provided for illustrative purposes only and describes some of the services that may be performed:
i) Services for naval units engaged in towing exercises in support of unit level training; the contracted vessel will be towed by the Naval Unit


ii) Simulated harassment vessel exercises; Contracted tug conducts harassing communications toward naval unit using provided scenario


iii) Suspect tug for interdiction in support of Visit, Board, Search and Seizure training.


iv) The above exercises and training events may include transfer of Government personnel during outbound and return transit to/from harbor.
