Contract is to provide mechanical roadside brushing services along Forest Service Roads on a call when needed basis.  Work may be on any Forest Service road on the Allegheny National Forest in Warren, Forest, Elk, and McKean Counties, PA.  

It is expected that one Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract will be issued from this solicitation.  The IDIQ contract will be for a base year plus 4 one year options to renew.  The minimum guarantee will be $2500.   The contract maximum is $125,000 over five years.  

Contractors must be registered in www.sam.gov in order to submit an offer.  Obtaining a DUNS and registering in SAM are both free.  

The solicitation information will be posted to this site on or around 12/23/2014.  This will include the work specifications, wage determination, and all documents needed to submit an offer.  The offer due date is delayed until March to allow ample time for contractors to familiarize themselves with the existing Forest Roads.
