The Nebraska National Forests and Grasslands, is seeking a Small Business Contractor to provide Fumigation Supplies for the Bessey Nursery, located at 40637 River Loop, Halsey, NE 69142. Line Item description : Supply and delivery FOB Destination (3200) lbs Tri Brom 67, (16 bottles at 200 lbs each). Fumigant consisting of 67 percent methyl bromide and 33 percent chloropicrin in unpressurized cylinders. Net weight of cylinders to be 250 lbs (200 lbs of product in a 50 lb cylinder); (24) rolls of Polyfilm clear polyethylene 1.5 mil thickness, in rolls approximately 2000 ft long by 10-1/2 feet wide, on one piece of hollow core without folding. Core to be 3 inch interior dimension. Material must be packaged in individual cartons or other suitable manner to avoid damage. Product needs to be banded or shrink wrapped on pallets for shipping; 90 gallon of Spray Glue - Polyethylene adhesive (Slocomb S-5325), (3) 27-30 gallon drums (S-%135). NACIS Code 325320, 500 Employees. This requirement is 100 percent set aside for small business. This is a Firm Fixed price supply requirement. Contractor must have active registration in System for Award Management (SAM) and the Reps and Certs completed in SAM to be eligible for award.
