This requirement is for providing of waste disposal services (liquid and solid) for all offices and residences belonging to U. S. Embassy, Abuja. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government.
If you would like to submit a proposal, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the attached solicitation, complete the required portions of the document,and submit it to the Contracting Officer at Abujaprocurement@state.gov as directed in the SF 1449.
The U.S. Embassy intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable proposal at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The site visit will be held on October 15, 2014 at 10am (local time) beginning from the Embassy, located at Plot 1075 Diplomatic Drive, Central Business District, Abuja. Prospective offerors/quoters should submit the names of their representatives (no more than two per company) to Abujaprocurement@state.gov no later than 12 noon of October 14, 2014 to process entry to the compounds.
Proposals are due by 4.00 pm (Local Time) October 29, 2014.
