Contractor shall provide pick up, treatment and disposal of regulated medical waste at a minimum of at least one time per week at three sites, 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, South Dakota, 113 Comanche Road, Fort Meade, South Dakota, and 3625 5th Street, Rapid City, South Dakota.
