These specifications cover the production of certificate packages consisting of a certificate, letter, and mail-out envelope requiring such operations as re-designing the certificate, printing and variable imaging, binding, stamping, packaging, and distribution. The term of the contract is from the date of award to August 31, 2015, plus up to four (4) optional 12-month extension periods. Quality Level III is required.
