Description: One U.S. or foreign flag, self-sustaining combination container/breakbulk vessel with the capability to lift containerized cargo, refrigerated containers, flatracks, breakbulk, hazardous cargo including munitions and rolling stock. Minimum SOA 13 knots, minimum operating range of 6,000 nautical miles, maximum draft not to exceed 35 feet. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
