Performance Work Statement (PWS) 
For 
PORTABLE RESTROOMS SERVICE CONTRACT 
AT 
CORPUS CHRISTI ARMY DEPOT 

1.0 GENERAL: To provide non-personal services and material for portable restrooms and portable wash stations throughout the Corpus Christi Army Depot on quote mark AS NEEDED BASIS quote mark . The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. 

1.1	Scope: The Contractor shall provide non-personal services and material for portable restrooms and portable wash stations throughout the Corpus Christi Army Depot on quote mark AS NEEDED BASIS quote mark . All, material, supervision, equipment, supplies, transportation, quality control, other items and non-personal services necessary to perform CCAD depot support for portable restrooms and portable wash stations. As specified in this PWS, except for those items specified as government furnished. The Contractor shall perform to the standards of this contract. All work covered under this contract will be will be turn-key.
