The DLA -Aviation-VICA, Industrial Plant Equipment Division, Richmond, VA, intends to procure a Hydraulic Pipe Bender with Computer Numberical Control to include tooling, installation, IUID Tags, Training, Testing and shipping with DLA-A-VIBB-14-11-1056, dated July 18, 2014. 

DLA intends to procure the product and services as Unrestricted, full and open competition.  

The anticipated award will be made as a firm, fixed-price contract.  Offers will be evaluated based on a technical acceptability, price and past performance.   The requested performance is 225 days after receipt of order.  FOB at Destination, Inspection at origin and final inspection and Acceptance at Destination. 

 

QAP  175 is applicable for this requirement.
