DLA Troop Support, Philadelphia is looking to place various items under the 6760 class code, Pelican Products, Inc. (65442), under long term contract (2 base years and 3 option years). The quantity is indefinite. Delivery will be CONUS. The delivery schedule will read 30 days. FOB Destination is required. Subject Solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted. FAR Part 12 procedures will apply to subject solicitation. Award will be based on Low Price Technically Acceptable and anticipated award date is 14 November 2014. Numbered note 22 applies. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The acquisition is not subject to the requirements of the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
