The Federal Correctional Institution, Phoenix, Arizona, intends to make a single award for the delivery of bread during the 1st quarter of FY 15. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 37900 N. 45th Avenue, I-17 exit #225 at Pioneer Road, Phoenix Arizona 85086.
The solicitation will be made available on or about August 22, 2014 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding the acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the SAM/CCR database. The website for registration is www.sam.gov. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The anticipated date of award will be approximately October 1, 2014. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about September 5, 2014. Deliveries will be made on a regular basis starting October 1, 2014 and ending December 31, 2014. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 424410. All responsible businesses may submit a quote which may be considered.
