BEAR BUTTE ENHANCEMENT PROJECT

 Support Activities for Agriculture and Forestry/115310 -- Support Activities for Forestry

The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for fuels management services to treat 50 acres within Bear Butte Creek area located at the Fort Meade, South Dakota, recreation area. The project includes mechanical fuels treatment - slashing of dead and/or down trees (hand and/or machine piling. See Statement of Work for details.

Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to rundlin@blm.gov at least 3 days prior to closing.

A site tour will take place at 10:00 mountain time on August 13, 2014. See "Body" (Section L) for further details.

Prospective contractors must be registered System Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on SAM can be found online at www.sam.gov.
