The Government does not possess the technical data package for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers.
Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, Northrop Grumman Corporation, CAGE 76823, interested in submitting a proposal for this item must first submit a complete Source Approval Request (SAR), package for evaluation for future procurements. The Government intends to place a firm-fixed price, no options delivery
order against Northrop Grumman's current BOA. The letter solicitation will be
issued on 19 August 2014 and will close on 15 September 2014. The
solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board
System (DIBBS) website. You may request a copy by contacting the
