The US Army 409th Theater Contracting Center, Kaiserslautern Germany intends to issue a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ contract for US Washers with a minimum Quantity of 1100. 
Items must be sent as a set. To maximize potential opportunity, the Government is seeking input from the business community regarding their interest and capability in performing some or all of the tasks of this planned requirement. 
Interested sources shall state whether they are capable to satisfy the below criteria no later than 10 days from the date of this notice. Responses may be sent by email to the Contract Specialist, Vincent B. Jones, at vincent.b.jones.civ@mail.mil.

1. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 

a. The items offered shall be new and of modern design. All appliances shall be new, free from defects affecting safety, appearance, durability, serviceability, and in conformance with the specifications. All items shall be quote mark first quote mark quality goods, meaning that factory quote mark seconds quote mark or refurbished items will not be accepted. The appliance must be in accordance with applicable EU safety regulations. 

b. Technical manuals, detailed specification literature, and repair parts manuals shall be provided in both the English language and German language at no extra charge.
