The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under Solicitation No. VA-786-14-R-0294 for the following service:

The intent of an awarded contract shall be to provide grave liners at Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton, OH.

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to furnish and install Type I - Concrete Vaults, Style 1 - Box with Separate Lid at Dayton National Cemetery, Dayton, OH 45428, covering the period from Date of Award through 09/30/2019, if options exercised. Dayton is a National Shrine and the standards of maintenance and appearance at this cemetery must reflect this nation's concern for those interred there. For this reason, the contractor's strict adherence to the contract specifications is required and essential. 

Work shall be performed in strict accordance with all terms, conditions, specifications, schedules and drawings. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements, conditions, terms and representations contained in this solicitation, any pertinent OSHA Occupational and Safety regulations, and any State and/or local regulations, laws and codes.

This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 327390. Size standard is 500 Employees. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov on or about August 05, 2014. Responses to the solicitation are due at 2pm EST. on or about August 20, 2014 (depend on solicitation issue date). Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at www.fbo.gov. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining any amendments.
