The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award to CRU International Ltd. located in London for annual subscription renewal, to be delivered to USGS, National Minerals Info Center upon receipt of the award.

This is for a Base plus four option years. The period of performance is as follows: Base year Award date 07/31/2015 Option 1 08/01/2015 07/31/2016 Option 2 08/01/2016 07/31/2017 Option 3 0801/2017 07/31/2018 Option 4 08/01/2018 07/31/2019

CRU International Ltd. is required to provide yearly subscription for CRU reports for Base year plus four option years starting from the award date through 07/31/2019 

The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation no later than 09/09/2011 which shall be considered by the agency. However, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A firm-fixed price award will be made on or about 09/09/2011.
