The Black Hills National Forest intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract to provide cone collection services for the Hell Canyon Ranger District, Custer County, SD and the Pine Ridge Ranger District, Dawes County, NE. Project consists of harvesting mature Ponderosa seed cones. All trees collected from must be located within the proclaimed boundary of the Forests. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 115310 with a size standard of $7.0 million. Project is total Small Business Set-Aside. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, incidentals, and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the proposed contract. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
