This solicitation SPE4A6-14-X-1206 P.R. # SC1000027447 for NSNs See Attachment A. (Helicopter Lamp Mark III: Bushing, Sleeve). Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. The only approved source for this item is Fatigue Technology Inc. (CAGE:51439). Any manufacturer, other than Fatigue Technology Inc. (CAGE:51439), wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR). Information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc.  This solicitation will result in an IDPPO with a three year base period and one two year option period for minimum quantity and maximum quantity see attachment A.  For the required delivery schedule see attachment A, FOB destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.  All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered.  A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS at http://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
