Life Fitness Equipment
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) number is title F5N3SV4120A002. This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set aside under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code 339920 with employees less than 500. Products to be delivered to Westover ARB Chicopee, MA 01022.
This request for quotes is for the fulfillment of Life Fitness Equipment. All products shall conform to the terms, standards and conditions of all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and best commercial practices with the focus on safety and customer service. Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.

Products must have a minimum of a one year warranty on mechanical, electrical and electronic components and a minimum of a five year warranty on the structure. Ensure you include how long your quote is good for and how soon after contract award you can deliver and warranty information. Please place your bid on your company or business letterhead. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database which can be accessed at the website https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
