The Contractor shall supply one Caterpillar 374F L and one Caterpillar 390F L excavators in accordance with "Excavator Specification Table" (Attachment 1). Units shall be new (unused), current standard production model and shall be completely prepared for customer delivery through service by a factory franchised dealer prior to delivery. Units must be current model built for the U.S. market sold by a factory authorized distributor. The manufacturer shall provide standard parts and labor warranty (as delivered with options).
All accessories as listed herein shall be identical to those regularly supplied to the dealer by the original equipment manufacturer, and shall be of identical quality and design as those normally installed on units for sale through normal commercial channels. Units supplied shall have all the latest changes and features offered as standard whether called for in these specifications or not.
Special Requirements
The contractor shall have a certified parts and service location for the Excavators within 150 miles of Richland, WA.
Delivery shall be no later than 09-15-2014

Complete Handrail system including toe boards, around machine to encompass counter weight to protect worker from a 6' or greater fall.
Tool Control
Complete hydraulic system to run attachments with a hammer, shear and rotate system. The tool control shall allow the operator to change tools right from his cab. Stucci Fittings shall be installed where the attachments hook up to the excavator hydraulic lines.
Pin grabber
Hydraulic controlled from cab with safety pin. Pin Grabber to be sized to grab Komatsu PC600 pins on the 374F L and PC600 pins on the 390F L.
Hydraulic Thumbs / Buckets
Both Excavators to have hydraulic thumbs with matching GP buckets with a smooth replaceable bolt on cutting edge. 374F L 72 inch bucket and 390F L 84 inch bucket.
All system auto Greaser
Auto greaser for main excavator to include boom , arm and for hammer attachment. 5 gal. with quick fill.
Rock Guards
Full length rock guards.
Counter Weight
Hydraulic counter weight system for removal and installation.

Full HID light package
Boom and Stick configuration
374F L : Reach boom with R4.67VB Stick, this configuration with a pin grabber and thumb MUST handle a 13,000lb attachment in all ranges.
390F L: GP Boom with G3.4 Stick, this configuration with a pin grabber and thumb MUST handle a 22,000lb attachment in all ranges
