The Cleveland VA Medical Center has a requirement for a Service Contract is seeking sources that can provide a five year contract for the pickup and destruction of all paper and cardboard at the Cleveland VA Medical Center-10701 East Blvd Cleveland, OH 44106 and Parma Community Based Outpatient Clinc-8787 Brookpark Road Parma, OH 44129.



The VA Contracting Officer reserves the right to issue multiple awards as a result of this solicitation. Multiple awards shall be made based upon geographic zone. The solicitation will be in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items, and shall be 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns in accordance with FAR 6.203. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 423930. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal and state laws and regulations in effect during the term of this contract. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. The Contract period is 10-1-2014 through September 30, 2019. The solicitation shall be posted to the FedBizOpps website on or about July 3, 2014 as a request for quote. Responses to the solicitation shall be due on August 1st, 2014 by 3pm. Offerors are advised that it is your responsibility to review and monitor the website frequently to ensure you have the most up to date information, including amendments. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. All offerors must be registered in www.sam.gov to do business with the Government. Ensure your registration is correct, current and has not expired.
