BLM Request for Proposals, L14PS00678, 2,500 TONS OF GOOD QUALITY ALFALFA HAY TO BE DELIVERED TO BLM LITCHFIELD HOLDING FACILITY IN LITCHFIELD, CA. Solicitation number L14PS00678 applies and will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about July 7, 2014 for the following requirement: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Litchfield Field Office in Litchfield, California has a requirement for 2,500 tons of alfalfa or alfalfa/grass hay, in small bales only.

Deliveries shall be made in incremental shipments of approximately 2 loads per week, starting November 3, 2014, as requested by the BLM.
