MEDICAL WASTE SERVICES NEEDED
Regulated Medical Waste Equipment/Services

This is a Presolicitation Notice for Equipment and Services for On-site Treatment of Regulated Medical Waste. The response date was removed from the notice. 

This notice is not a solicitation or request for competitive quotations. No solicitation package is available.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code established for this requirement is 562211, Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal. 

The Request for Proposal VA119-14-R-0032 with minimum technical requirements will be posted on FedBiz Opportunities and Offerors will be provided the information for submitting a response. 



The acquisition will be set-aside for Small Business Manufacturers. The equipment and service shall be provided on an, "as needed" basis, which shall be determined by the issuance of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Order against the basic BPA. A multiple-award BPA is contemplated under this acquisition. 



The anticipated award date is June 30, 2014. The place of performance may vary by location of the customer but will be identified on the individual BPA order.
