Description: THE RESULTING SOLCITATION IS TASK ORDER PROPOSAL REQUEST (TOPR). Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21).
