In accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1, the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to award a sole source contract for advertising services to College Recruitment Media (CRM) of Geneva, IL. Eight full page advertisements will be published in the CRM School Career Guides for selected universities to further the efforts of the Enterprise Talent Management Office (ETMO) in attaining access to diverse groups of potential candidates for employment. This publication has been identified by NAVSEA as a highly visible publication that aligns with the NAVSEA mission statement. The publication is sponsored by one institution and thus can only be provided by the one institution. The publication will provide a unique opportunity to enhance a candidate's knowledge of NAVSEA and will introduce thousands of students and entry level candidates to NAVSEA recruiters in a central location. 
The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and award with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This announcement is published for informational purposes only.
