The Government is contemplating award of three (3) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for titanium alloys (including CP-1, CP-2,CP -3, CP-4,6Al-4V) in all commercially available shapes to support Picatinny Arsenal R&D developmental projects, production programs and theatre requirements. The intended BPA holders are as follows: Titanium Metals Corp., Allegheny Technologies, Inc., and Titanium Industries. 

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, firms may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by contacting the point of contact of this notice. The Government will not pay for any information provided under this notice. The point of contact for this requirement is Christina Makhijani, ACC-NJ-JA, Bldg. 9, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000.
