Synopsis- Wetland Protection and Beaver Control 

This is a pre-solicitation notice for Wetland Protection and Beaver Control Services at Fort Benning, GA and is solicited under solicitation number W911SF-14-T-0002. This acquisition will be solicited using FAR Part 12, Evaluation-Commercial Items. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. This procurement will be awarded for a base period of 12 months and four (4) option years. This acquisition will be set aside for small businesses. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561 710 with a small business size standard of $10,000,000 gross annual income or less. The solicitation will be issued on or about 04 June 2014 on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. When the solicitation is posted it is imperative interested parties review the site frequently for any updates/amendments. Paper copies will not be available. All prospective offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award. Payment for services will be through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), the standard DOD electronic invoicing system.
