AFRL/RY requires continuing communication, connectivity and sensor systems support. This shall be accomplished through real-time on-site functional support including but not limited to design, fabrication, modification, integration, bench test, flight test, field support, demonstrations, facility upgrades, system maintenance and calibration, experimental development, data processing and analysis, system analysis and specialized services at Buildings 620, Building 620 Rooftop and Building 268, Wright-Patterson AFB OH, and off-site at other contractor or AFRL locations within 50 miles of WPAFB. The contractor shall also perform work at temporary duty (TDY) work locations including United States military installations within and outside the continental United States and at contractor facilities. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items as necessary to accomplish all of the requirements defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and in specific work orders for AFRL/RY. The on-site support services at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH are required to ensure the continuing operational readiness of AFRL/RY test facilities utilized for conducting various research, development and operational test programs. The contractor shall conform to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
