This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is F5N3SV4078A001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 713940 "Fitness and Recreational Sports Centers", This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Small business size standard shall not exceed $7 million in sales per year.
Products to be delivered to Westover ARB Chicopee, MA 01022.
This request for quotes is for the fulfillment of various outdoor fitness equipment. Equipment that is desired should be similar to the products found on www.outdoor-fitness.com website. All products shall conform to the terms, standards and conditions of all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and best commercial practices with the focus on safety and customer service. Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
Pull Up Bars The Pull Up Bar / Horizontal Bar comes in sets of two cross bars that are able to accommodate two people at a time. The two cross bars are 1 foot different in their heights. (standard sized bars that are used in military fitness training facilities). Quantity desired is 2 stations.
Push Up Bars The Push-Up Bars come in sets of two bars, making a complete two-person push-up station. Quantity desired is 2 stations. (Push up bars "not" push up stands)
Sit up bench. Quantity desicred is 2 sit up stations.
Sit up Board Double person. Quantity desired is 1 station.
Shipping. Vendors should include in the quote the shipping fee as a separate line item.
Vendors should send links to view the dimensions and photos of their products for approval. To receive an award of contract the offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database which can be accessed at the website https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
