Water-Gen's Large Scale AWG or equivalent:  purchase and deliver one Water-Gen's Large Scale AWG or equivalent and two maintenance spare filters -- that produce over 5000 liters/1,319.26 gallons of clean fresh water every day to Det 3, 21 SOPS/CE, Kaena Point Satellite Tracking Station (KPSTS).  The AWG shall be able to utilize a variety of power sources, including (but not limited to) solar, wind, and traditional power grid.
