The Contractor shall provide one (1) IRATA/SPRAT certified Level III Rope Access Supervisor to perform the following duties: Develop effective rigging and safety plan, supply all necessary rescue/rigging and rope access equipment, perform safety supervision and provide potential rescue services for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) structural engineers inspecting downstream face of gates 10, 9, 8, 7 four (4) steel lift gates. Inspections will be performed at Bonneville Locks and Dam located on the Columbia River, near Bonneville, OR.
