The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and ice: crushed ice shall be in cubes no larger than one inch in diameter and delivered in twenty (20) pound plastic bags to be delivered within the boundaries of Fort Bliss Garrison Command Control, Texas, and New Mexico as defined in this Purchase Description (PD). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The total delivery description shall be 17 pallets (each containing 100 bags of 1in ice cubes weighing 20lbs per bag) per day for 17 days and a total of 289 pallets (which is 32,750 20lb bags).
