Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The CT National Guard will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties responding to this notice. The intent of this notice is to identify small business (SB) concerns, certified 8(A), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), and Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) capable of providing for our very specific requirement described below (see attachments). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 336413 and the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is 1250 employees. We are requesting hydraulic power carts in order to have our mechanics troubleshoot and repair hydraulic components and lines on aircraft. The salient characteristics and exact specifications are attached as part of this notice.
